About this register
Every award, not only the highest
The Register records every award of the International English Fluency Course, from English Aspirant to English Laureate. Each level is a complete academic achievement of the College and is verifiable in its own right.
Withdrawn awards stay visible
An award that has been withdrawn or replaced is never removed from the Register. Its page says so, with the date. A verification that simply failed would tell you nothing.
Tamper-evident records
Each entry carries a cryptographic digest computed over its own contents and the entry before it. Altering a record after conferral breaks that sequence and is detectable. This is a hash chain in the College's register; it is not a blockchain, and we do not describe it as one.
What is not yet in place
The award architecture is proposed and awaiting approval by the Executive, and no award has yet been conferred. This portal is live so that verification exists from the first conferral rather than after it. QR rendering, downloadable verification certificates and institutional API access are designed and not yet issued; each will appear here when it works, not when it is announced.
