Instructors held to a professional standard, not a script.
AIPC's teaching approach is built around credentialed instructors delivering live and recorded instruction across all six levels of the IEFC, to a written method that is published on this site.
Professional instruction, measured outcomes.
Structured, Not Improvised
Every class follows the IEFC's mapped curriculum — instructors teach to a shared standard across every level and every cohort.
Speaking-First
Guided speaking practice and live conversation are built into every level, not treated as an optional extra.
Accountable to Data
Weekly quizzes, monthly assessments and continuous progress monitoring mean instruction adjusts to how each cohort is actually performing.
Our bar for joining the founding faculty.
Every instructor we appoint is measured against the same standard, regardless of where in the world they teach from.
Certification & Fluency
- A recognised English-teaching certification (CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or equivalent) or a degree in English, Linguistics, or Education
